FPG WILL PROVIDE:

  • Exhibition space and a Gallery key.

  • Use of walls, hanging spaces, and other fittings within the gallery space. Plinths and tables are available upon request.

  • Bump-in support.

  • Assistance with curatorial advice and exhibition installation.

  • Online promotion through FPG’s website and social media.

  • E-invitations sent to FPG subscribers and social media postings.

  • Management of sales, including online payment system and EFTPOS.

  • Packaging and shipping services for sold artworks.

  • Coverage of running expenses, including electricity.

  • Access to Wi-Fi and a Bluetooth speaker.

  • Non-gendered bathroom facilities.

  • Use of refrigerator and microwave.

  • Access to the bump-in, bump-out kit (e.g., nails, hammer, filler, paint, hanging wire).

ADDITIONAL OPTIONS:

  • Installation support: $50 per hour.

  • Staffed opening hours: $40 per hour.

  • De-installation assistance: $50 per 2-hour session. (No fee if the artist restores the gallery post-exhibition.)

    ARTIST(S) RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Staffing/invigilating the exhibition during opening hours.

  • Supplying exhibition materials, including hanging devices, floor sheets, and artwork labels.

  • Providing FPG with promotional images and information for marketing purposes.

  • Creating an A4 exhibition floor sheet and labels. An electronic list of works (Title, medium, dimensions, price) must be submitted to FPG (for sales purposes) at least 4 days before the Opening Date.

  • Optional insurance for artwork and any additional required insurance.

  • Maintaining cleanliness of the gallery, especially after the opening event.
