WHAT IS THE DEADLINE FOR ENTRY?
The deadline for entry is Friday 21st February 2025, 11:59PM.

HOW DO I ENTER?
In order to take part in the Prize you will need to complete an Entry Form, and pay your Entry Fee for the number of artworks you are entering. You can access the entry form HERE.

HOW MUCH IS IT TO ENTER?
$35 per artwork/$5 discount each work for 3 or more.
Maximum 10 artworks per entrant.
All entered artworks displayed from the 28th February – 9th March 2025
Entry fees are non-refundable.
All entries are exhibited to the public and must be available for sale.

HOW DO I PAY MY ENTRY FEE?
Once your entry form is filled out, you will need to pay for your entries. You can securely check out using a credit card. Please ensure you select the correct amount of entries (per artwork). If you have more than three entries, add the discount code THR33! To get a $5 discount per entry.

HOW DO I KNOW MY ENTRY IS CONFIRMED?
Once we have gone through your entry we will email you a Submission Confirmation. If we find missing information or need additional information we will reach out and request this information. Due to the large volume of entries, your Submission Confirmation email could take up to 5 business days to be sent to you. If you do not receive a confirmation please contact us.

DO I NEED TO SUPPLY AN IMAGE OF MY ARTWORK?
Yes, it will help to identify your work but it isn’t for selection or publication.
As this is an open call group show where all entries are exhibited, as long as it meets all the criteria in the terms and conditions, it will be accepted and exhibited!
DOES MY ARTWORK NEED TO BE FOR SALE?
No, artworks can be marked as NFS (Not For Sale).
If selling, enter the price in the Artwork Details section of the entry form.
All sales during the exhibition must go through Fitzroy Public Gallery.
Works listed for sale at the start of the exhibition must remain available through the gallery for the duration of the event or until sold.
The gallery takes a 25% commission on sold works.
HOW TO PURCHASE ARTWORKS
Due to the high volume of submissions, there is no printed or digital catalogue of artworks.
Collectors interested in purchasing can:

WHAT ARTWORK IS ACCEPTED?
Unframed 2D artworks measuring 45cm x 45cm or smaller on all sides.
Framed artworks measuring 45cm x 45cm or smaller, including the frame.
Rounded artworks with a diameter of 45cm or smaller.
Diptychs, triptychs, or series measuring 45cm x 45cm or smaller as a whole. These must be sold as one listing with a single title and price.
Sculptural works measuring 45cm x 45cm x 45cm (HxWxD) or smaller.
Powered works if they:
Use a tagged and tested cord for wall power.
Have a self-contained power source requiring no maintenance during the exhibition.
WHAT ARTWORK IS NOT ACCEPTED?
Unframed 2D artworks exceeding 45cm on any side.
Sculptural works exceeding 45cm x 45cm x 45cm (HxWxD).
Framed artworks with frames exceeding 45cm on any side.
Rounded artworks exceeding 45cm in diameter.
Diptychs, triptychs, or series exceeding 45cm x 45cm in total size or those sold separately.
Artworks relying on batteries or power sources that need maintenance during the exhibition.
